Head of Export Warehouse (m/f/d)

in full-time.

Job Description:

At Kohli Polymers GmbH, commercial employees organize the exchange of goods on national as well as international procurement and sales markets.

Your tasks:

• Team leadership (4 persons)
• General office management
• Planning, documentation, and implementation of timely processing of customer orders domestically and abroad
• Creation & verification of offers, invoices, freight documents
• Ordering and monitoring of truck and sea container logistics
• Export documentation & customs declaration
• Recording/checking of goods receipts and issues in the warehouse
• Customer and supplier support
• Independent and reliable completion of organizational/administrative tasks

Your profile:

• A completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification

For example: Groß & Außenhandelskaufmann/frau Industriekaufmann/frau Bürokaufmann/frau Speditionskaufmann/frau Betriebswirt/in

• Business fluent to good English skills
• Flawless handling of common Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Polished manners as well as sociability and communication skills
• Structured and organized way of working

• Previous knowledge/experience in export matters
• Previous knowledge in the field of plastic/raw material trade or the sales of technical products (advantageous but not mandatory)
