To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Reverse Logistics and Operational Efficiency (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our reverse processes and contribute to the further optimization of our operational workflows.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and control of reverse logistics processes
• Development and implementation of strategies to optimize reverse logistics in order to maximize efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring and analysis of reverse data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase operational efficiency
• Collaboration with internal departments such as production, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth reverse processes
• Implementation and monitoring of quality controls and compliance standards in the field of reverse logistics
• Leadership and further development of a team of logistics and process specialists
• Reporting to the management and regular presentation of progress and results

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of logistics, business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally with a focus on reverse or returns logistics
• Sound knowledge in process optimization and operational management
• Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented way of working
