Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f/d)

(or merchants with comparable training)

Job Description:

At Kohli Polymers GmbH, wholesale and foreign trade specialists organize the exchange of goods on national as well as international procurement and sales markets.

Your tasks:

• Planning, documentation, and implementation of timely processing of customer orders domestically and abroad
• Creation & checking of offers, invoices, freight documents

• Ordering and monitoring of truck and sea container logistics
• Completion of export customs clearance / export declaration using ATLAS • Recording/checking of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse

• Customer/supplier support during buying and selling processes
• general operational/administrative activities as required

Your profile:

• A completed commercial vocational training, for example as Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau, Speditionskaufmann/frau, Industriekaufmann/frau with relevant professional experience in export processing/freight forwarding
• Business fluent/good English skills

• flawless handling of common Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• High self-motivation, willingness to learn, independent and orderly way of working

• commercial mindset • Convincing appearance through initiative and a high degree of responsibility
• polished manners, strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational talent

We are particularly pleased about:

• Previous knowledge in the field of international plastic/raw material trade or the distribution of technical products / chemicals (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Knowledge in handling an ERP/ inventory management system/ warehouse inventory program (advantageous but not mandatory)
