LOGISTICS REFERENT

Job description: The Logistics Referent ensures the preparation and dispatch of products and goods to the customer, issues accompanying documentation, ensures timely ordering of transport, maintains necessary records related to arranging transport, issues documents for transport, records shipments, issues delivery notes and invoices necessary for dispatch, ensures customs documentation for deliveries outside the EU, and handles dispatch complaints.

What knowledge and skills you should have

• Secondary or University education in a business, economic, or technical field
• Active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (B2 - C1)
• Communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team
• Meticulousness, consistency, proactive approach
• Experience in the same or a similar position is an advantage

The salary will be specified during the personal interview, in connection with work experience.

Our interest is in cooperation for an indefinite period, but the first contract is always for a fixed term of 6 months, after which an evaluation and a proposal for further extension take place.
