Quality Manager

Your tasks

Full responsibility for managing the quality system, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards in a manufacturing company. Management of customer and internal complaints, communication with customers and suppliers in the area of quality. Preparation and conducting of customer, certification, and internal audits, monitoring and evaluating quality indicators. Leading the quality team and active cooperation with production, technology, and the sales department. What knowledge and skills you should have:

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position in the field of quality in a manufacturing company, ideally in automotive.
• High school or University education – technical focus
• Experience with plastic injection technologies
• Very good knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements
• Practical knowledge of quality tools
• Active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Experience in team leadership
