Senior Operations Manager (Bored Piling)

Key Responsibilities Lead multiple bored piling project sites from inception to completion Manage heavy machinery deployment including piling rigs, cranes and tools. Supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, control operational costs and maximize profit margins. Ensure all piling works meet engineering designs, soil specifications and quality standards. Maintain strict adherence to workplace health, safety and environmental regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or top management. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in foundation construction specifically in bored piling Proven track record of managing large site teams and complex construction logistics. Deep knowledge of bored piling methods, soil mechanics and heavy machinery operations. Strong problem-solving, contract negotiation and financial management skills.
