Senior / Account Executive
Prepare full set monthly management account and related schedules timely. Handle day-to-day account operations and month-end closing activities. Assist in preparation of annual budget, monthly cashflow and financial forecast. Prepare and submit quarterly GST and other statutory tax matters. Prepare monthly schedules and reports required for annual audit and tax purposes. Maintain accurate project accounts, including monitoring project budgets, costs, and revenue recognition. Work closely with project managers and QS teams to monitor expenditure against approved budgets. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audits and tax-related matters Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and internal controls. Support process and system implementation projects; continuously streamline and automate tasks to improve efficiency. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting / construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of project cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude with able to work independently under tight deadlines and well-organised.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams
