Your tasks
As Team Leader (m/f/d) Customer Service Sales & Lifecycle Management, you are responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team as well as the further development of the service business along the entire product lifecycle. The focus is on the marketing of after-sales solutions, modernizations, used machinery, as well as digital products/services.
- Leadership & Organization Functional and disciplinary management of a team of 7 employees (Sales Consultants, Project Managers, Product Lifecycle Managers)
- Further development of the team structure, competencies, and performance
- Sales & Business Development Responsibility for customer consulting and proposal design for technically complex modernization projects of inspection machines
- Active acquisition and sale of used machinery
- Expansion of the global sales of digital products and service offerings in after-sales
- Project Management Functional leadership and control of project management for conversion and modernization projects within the team
- Service & Lifecycle Management Conception and further development of standardized products and solutions along the product lifecycle
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase the Service Level Agreement (SLA) rate
- Identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials in the existing business
- Interface Management Close cooperation with Sales, Service, Product Management, and global organizational units
- Support for international initiatives in the service business
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical sales, after-sales, or the service business, ideally in mechanical engineering or a pharmaceutical environment
- Leadership experience as well as strong communication and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management and service products
- Experience in project business and with complex technical solutions
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong customer orientation
- Very good English skills in an international environment
