Your tasks Responsibility for the areas of Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury, as well as the establishment of a "Finance Team" for all domestic and foreign companies
Establishment and timely creation of KPI-driven reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) including gap analysis and adjustments within the group
Organization and monitoring of cash management, cash flows, payments, and ensuring reliable rolling 1-3 year planning
Preparation and creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as consolidation according to HGB and IFRS
Ensuring an efficient and smooth process for all processes within the area of responsibility to increase the quality of financial figures as a business partner for the HR, Production, and Inventory areas
Support of management in legal and finance-related matters
Participation in regular managing director meetings and acting as a contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks, as well as other external stakeholders
Your profile Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting / certified management accountant (desirable) or business administration training / at least a Bachelor's degree
Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably from an international and medium-sized industrial company and/or coming from the "Big Four"
"Co-pilot" for the management team, acting as a strong sparring partner for operational and strategic topics with "doer qualities"
Sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS
Experienced in the further development of ERP systems as well as proficient user knowledge of common MS-Office programs
On-site presence in combination with home office
Strong communication team player with a hands-on mentality combined with initiative
