Junior IT Presales

Your tasks

• Support the sales team in identifying client needs and presenting suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other supporting materials.
• Communicate the business value and key benefits of IT products and services to prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to obtain relevant information for client proposals and presentations.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and preparing solutions based on business requirements.
• Support the sales process from initial client discussions through proposal submission.
• Maintain good communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in the IT industry is required, including exposure to IT products, services, or technology solutions.
• Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand client business needs and communicate IT solutions in clear, non-technical language.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software development, or technology services.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with sales and technical teams.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Cipondoh area, Tangerang.
