*Position Summary:*

The Site Administration (Sundre) is responsible for maintaining and balancing day-to-day operations to ensure all inventory levels are tracked according to Koch Fuel Products standards. The Site Administration (Sundre) must have excellent customer service skills as they are the frontline of our business. They will need to have strong time management skills to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Site Administration (Sundre) include, but are not limited to, the following:

_*Operational Duties*_

  • Balance the daily reconciliations within accordance of PTMAA standards
  • Input Oil Water Separator data
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Fill Propane bottles
  • Maintain accounts (e.g. new and existing files);
  • Assist in counting, balancing, and keeping inventory up to date
  • Assist in various site maintenance inside and outside (if needed)
  • Work together with the administrative people at Red Deer to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner to ensure they can do their work.
  • Manage purchase invoices
  • Handling accounts receivable (payments and overdue accounts)
  • Bank deposits
  • Issuance of new fuel cards
  • Maintain office and bathroom cleanliness
  • Willingness to comply with M.S.D.S and PPE requirements when in yard

_*Customer Service and Point-of-Sale Duties*_

  • Answer general phone inquiries, relay calls to the appropriate person, and return phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution.
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Process and complete Flaman rental contracts
  • Over the counter sales invoices and/or packing slips

*Minimum Requirements: *

  • High School Diploma
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Accountable and dependable;
  • Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work;
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
  • Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks; and
  • Experience with customer service preferred.

*Willing to train the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
