Accounting Senior Officer
- Handle and verify daily accounting transactions, including general expenses, import-related expenses, employee advances, reimbursements, credit card transactions, commission fees, and interest expenses.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including overseas accounts payable, and ensure transactions are accurately and timely recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities, including recording accrued expenses, payro l-related accounting entries, and other required accounting adjustments.
- Prepare account reconciliations and verify accounting balances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Handle inventory-related accounting activities, including goods in transit, parts sales inventory, inventory adjustments, and related accounting transactions.
- Support non-moving and slow-moving inventory disposal, including related accounting entries and documentation.
- Prepare and review tax-related information and reports, including Input VAT and support data for Corporate Income Tax (PND.50), in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Support tax inspections and tax-related ma ters, including preparing required information and documentation for the Large Taxpayer O fice (LTO) and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare reports for management and, including reports related to overseas branches.
- Support internal and external audits by reconciliations and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting sta f on accounting procedures, policies, and day-to-day accounting ma ters.
- Participate in process improvement and company initiatives, including ISO, KAIZEN, and other accounting-related improvement activities.
- Prepare decaration le ters and other accounting-related documents as requested by management, relevant departments or government.
- Prepare ad-hoc accounting reports and support accounting projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Female Age 28-33 years old. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financing, or any related field. 5–7 years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years of experience in a Senior accounting role. Familiar with using SAP or other ERP systems; experience with SAP is prefe red. Good understanding of Thai tax laws and regulations and Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). Experience in account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing procedures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and a tention-to-detail ski ls, with a high level of accuracy. Good time management ski ls and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiar with using English for preparing reports, emails, and business documentation. Positive a titude, wi lingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work, with the ability to work e fectively with others. Good teamwork and interpersonal ski ls, with the ability to communicate and coordinate e fectively with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
