ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detail construction drawings, submission drawings and documentations

Selection of materials and prepare of material boards for presentation to client

Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues

Submission works to consultants and the Authorities

Manage Archi finishing works at site

Other adhoc duties

Requirements

Possess positive work attitude, good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.

Good time management to see projects through to completion and in achieve on time completion

Experience in construction scheduling, field supervision and quality control of construction projects

Degree or Diploma or relevant qualification of certificates in architectural or related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience

Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements

Experienced in residential landed projects shall be an advantage
