Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage the finance and accounting operations of our Singapore company while supporting group-level financial reporting and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including AP, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and variance analysis.
• Support group reporting and financial consolidation.
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual statutory audit.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with payment planning.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
• Work closely with finance teams across different companies and countries.
• Support finance process improvements and other ad hoc financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounts.
• Experience in consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Acumatica or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
