Technology & AI Analyst - Madrid

We are looking for a Technology & AI Analyst with between 2 and 5 years of experience to join a high-demand environment, collaborating closely with business and technology teams in the coordination and governance of AI initiatives. This is a position oriented towards profiles that combine technological vision, analytical capacity, and management skills, with an interest in the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem and digital transformation. What will you do? Monitor technology and AI initiatives, controlling planning, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations for monitoring committees and governance bodies.

Coordinate meetings, agreements, action plans, and involved providers.

Analyze new opportunities for AI application and digital improvement of processes.

Collaborate in the prioritization and governance of strategic initiatives.

Translate business needs into executable technological initiatives.

Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories, and action tracking.

Drive continuous improvement through digital tools and Artificial Intelligence. What are we looking for? Between 2 and 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, digital transformation, business analysis, or technological project management.

Solid knowledge of project management and monitoring.

General understanding of the technological and digital transformation field.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its main use cases in the corporate environment.

Analytical capacity, organization, and attention to detail.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and providers.

Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.

Professional English. We will especially value Experience in transformation offices or technological governance.

Participation in initiatives related to AI, automation, or innovation.

Ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution.
