Through this opportunity, you will be able to assume a role as Technical Lead Java for one of the most important clients in the textile sector. What will be your mission? You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring good practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in the supervision of the architecture based on microservices and hexagonal. You will collaborate in requirement gathering and the definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment. You will foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, driving technical excellence within the team.
To make a match... Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, springboot. Experience assuming a technical lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Valuable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana). Accustomed to working with good practices: SOLID principles, Clean Code.... Good level of English.
