Your tasks

What would your functions be? • Digital Product Design: Design experiences and interfaces for web environments and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive, consistent user experience aligned with business needs.

• UX/UI Prototyping and Definition: Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that allow for the validation of solutions and facilitate their implementation.

• Research and Needs Analysis: Understand the needs of clients and users to convert them into high-impact visual and functional proposals.

• Design and Evolution of Design Systems: Define, maintain, and evolve design systems based on best practices, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.

• Creation of Visual Resources: Design and maintain graphic elements, iconography, visual components, and digital identities that reinforce the user experience.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in a coordinated manner with product, business, development, and other discipline teams to ensure solutions are aligned with project objectives.

• Presentation and Defense of Proposals: Communicate, argue, and present design decisions to clients and various stakeholders.

• Design Management and Organization: Participate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring quality, coherence, and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

What do we value?

• 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar position, participating in digital projects from start to finish.
• Experience in digital product design, from conceptualization to the definition of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of design for responsive web and mobile application environments.
• Experience in the creation, evolution, and maintenance of Design Systems.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and transform business and user needs into digital solutions.
• B2 English level.
