We are looking for an M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Intern to join the Corporate Development & Acquisitions team at knowmad mood. The position will be located in Madrid, with the possibility of remote work, although it will be necessary to attend our Las Rosas office occasionally for meetings and in-person team activities. IMPORTANT It is essential to be currently pursuing university or master's studies in ADE, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related degrees.

How will your day-to-day be? You will be part of the team responsible for analyzing and executing the company's inorganic growth opportunities, participating in real acquisition and corporate strategy operations. What do you need to know? ESSENTIAL: Being currently enrolled in university or master's studies in ADE, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related degrees.

Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university, business school, or training center.

Interest in the areas of M&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, or Investment.

Knowledge of financial analysis, business valuation, and financial modeling is highly valued.

Knowledge of AI tools applied to the role.

B2 level or higher in English.

Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Proactivity, curiosity, and motivation to participate in high-impact strategic projects.

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the team in acquisition processes (buy-side) for a listed technology and consulting company.

Analyzing target companies in the IT and technology consulting sector in Europe and Latin America.

Collaborating in the preparation of financial valuations and scenario analysis for potential acquisitions.

Conducting market studies, sector analyses, and company benchmarking.

Participating in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for the evaluation of investment opportunities.

Attending meetings and calls with CEOs, founders, and management teams of target companies.

Supporting the monitoring and coordination of ongoing corporate operations.

Collaborating on strategic initiatives related to the company's growth and corporate development.
