Transform business needs into concrete, scalable, and impactful AI solutions, defining their architecture and evolution as a product and coordinating the various teams involved until delivery. Minimum requirements Experience in the definition, evolution, and management of digital products, with a special focus on technological and AI solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technological solutions that are viable, scalable, and impact-oriented.
Experience in the design and implementation of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, from conceptualization and prototyping to product integration.
Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with different business, product, and technology stakeholders.
Solid technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments.
Knowledge of scalable architectures (APIs, microservices, cloud-native, etc.) and agile methodologies.
Experience or solid background with Java backend.
Experience or practical familiarity with AI tools applied to development (Development assistants such as copilots, code generation, refactoring, Rapid prototyping and experimentation, Decision support: analysis, documentation, ideation). English level B2 or higher.
Responsibilities: Define, design, and evolve product solutions aligned with business objectives.
Translate functional needs into viable technical proposals.
Iterate solutions quickly using AI tools and experimental approaches.
Coordinate and align the work of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring focus, rhythm, and quality in delivery.
Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies between teams.
Act as a link between business, technology, and product.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and orientation.
