Cybersecurity Program Support Specialist (PMO / Program Office)

What do we value? 2 to 3 years of experience providing support to PMOs, Program Office, transformation initiatives, or complex and interdependent project portfolios.

• High level of English, both oral and written.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and coordinating programs or projects.
• Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and materials for monitoring committees.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, workshops, follow-up meetings, and different stakeholders.
• Organized mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience or interest in cybersecurity, information technologies, change management, or awareness programs.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages for different types of audiences.
• Collaborative approach, proactivity, and results orientation.

What would your functions be?

• Provide operational support to the cybersecurity program, ensuring correct coordination between planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans, consolidating activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies between teams.
• Coordinate planning and reporting cycles with the managers of the various projects and workstreams.
• Keep updated the logs of risks, issues, actions, changes, and program decisions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and documentation for monitoring and steering committees.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions, following up on agreed actions until their closure.
• Support the financial management of the program by monitoring budgets, forecasts, expenses, invoices, and provisions.
• Manage the documentation, collaborative spaces, and access controls of the program.
• Participate in the preparation of business cases, roadmaps, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Collaborate in communication and awareness campaigns to foster a cybersecurity culture within the organization.
• Define and monitor indicators for execution, adoption, participation, and awareness.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration among all involved areas.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
• SharePoint or collaboration and document management platforms.
• Corporate tools for reporting, workflows, finance, or portfolio management.
• Digital transformation programs or large-scale corporate initiatives.
• Corporate communication, engagement, and stakeholder management.
