We are looking to hire an AI Transformation Project Manager to participate in a strategic digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence project, collaborating closely with the AI Governance area. The person will be the link between business, IT, providers, and different corporate areas, helping to identify new opportunities for AI application and monitoring the various initiatives from their prioritization to their implementation and evolution. 💡 What will you do? Monitoring of Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation projects and initiatives, controlling planning, progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

Support in the identification, analysis, and prioritization of new AI use cases.

Participation in AI Governance processes and governance of the initiative portfolio.

Coordination between business teams, IT, providers, and other corporate areas.

Preparation of executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Organization of meetings and follow-up on agreements and actions.

Participation in functional and business analysis tasks.

Identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization through Artificial Intelligence and digital tools.

Maintenance of documentation and knowledge repositories associated with the initiatives.

🔎 What are we looking for? Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or management of technological initiatives.

Experience related to Artificial Intelligence, especially applied to projects, transformation, or business.

Knowledge of project management and monitoring.

Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and providers.

Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. C1 level of English.

🏡 How will you work? Mainly remote model, with availability to attend the Madrid offices occasionally. What do we offer? Permanent contract
