PHP + Python Architect (Hybrid 1 day on-site - Barcelona)

At knowmad mood we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate a Senior PHP Architect for a strategic role within our Architecture Community. We are looking for a profile with more than 8 years of experience in software development and architecture, capable of acting as a technical reference, leading architecture decisions, and actively participating in the implementation of solutions. What will you do? Define and evolve scalable, secure, and cloud-native application architectures.

Design and implement APIs, microservices, and integrations in complex corporate environments.

Act as a technical reference and mentor for other developers.

Participate in both the design and development of solutions.

Lead transversal technical initiatives, coordinating different teams and stakeholders.

Drive improvements in performance, scalability, resilience, and software quality.

Define technological standards, integration strategies, and application evolution roadmaps. What are we looking for? Solid experience as a PHP Architect or Lead Developer with architectural responsibilities.

More than 8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise platform development.

Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of large-scale corporate applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud solutions.

Knowledge and experience in PHP, Python, Angular, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud Services environments.

Experience with containers, CI/CD, and version control tools ( Git/Bitbucket ).

Knowledge of cloud infrastructures on AWS.

Experience in enterprise systems integration and data ecosystems.

Experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.

Ability to operate in regulated environments and with technological governance processes.

High level of spoken English, essential for collaborating in international environments. What do we offer? Permanent contract
