Your tasks
We are looking for Java Backend Architects to join an expert staff team that provides transversal technical support within a multinational in the textile sector, in the field of transport and logistics. This is a highly technical environment, oriented towards architectural excellence, innovation, and support for multiple development teams.
🎯 What will your mission be? You will be part of a senior team whose main function is to advise, support, and technically reinforce different teams in the area when:
- They need specific support due to load peaks.
- They start new projects and require technical definition.
- Innovation initiatives or proofs of concept are addressed before their industrialization.
🛠️ Main responsibilities
- Technical advisory to other development teams.
- Active support in projects with specific needs for capacity or expertise.
- Architecture definition in the initial phases of new projects.
- Development of small innovation initiatives and proofs of concept.
- Active participation in technical designs and architectural decision-making.
Requirements
✅ Essential requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in backend development projects.
- Mastery of Java (versions 11 to 17 or higher).
- Proven experience with Kafka.
- Solid experience with Spring Framework and its modules.
- Advanced knowledge in relational and non-relational BBDD, including query optimization.
- Experience in hexagonal architecture and microservices.
- ## Continuous Integration (CI).
- Monitoring with tools such as Grafana.
- Development of unit and integration tests.
- Application of best practices: SOLID and Clean Code.
- Design and consumption of APIs (OpenAPI / API First).
- English level B2.
⭐ Especially valued
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD.
- Use of testing tools such as Cypress.
- Knowledge or experience in AI applied to development and prompt engineering.
- Restless profile, with an interest in technical research and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with AI tools as development support.
