Do you want to develop a Microsoft 365 environment where technology truly facilitates daily collaboration? Are you interested in Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, modern conference solutions, and IT service automation? Join a project where you will have an impact on the development of tools used by users in an international organization.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will combine technical experience with a user-centric approach. If you like solving complex problems, improving existing services, and implementing technologies that bring concrete value – this role is for you.

About the role and the team

You will join the Collaboration Services area, responsible for the development and maintenance of collaboration services based on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in an international enterprise environment.

Your main area of responsibility will be Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and technologies used in conference rooms. You will develop solutions that ensure consistent, reliable, and intuitive experiences during meetings and collaboration between teams and locations.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Manage the Microsoft Teams Rooms environment, conference devices, room panels, and associated audio/video technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to Microsoft Teams, conference systems, and collaboration services.
  • Be responsible for lifecycle management, updates, standardization, and the development of conference room infrastructure.
  • Monitor services, identify potential issues, and implement improvements before they affect users.
  • Collaborate with local IT teams, users, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Support the adoption of Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools, analyzing user needs and translating their feedback into specific improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Test new Microsoft 365 functionalities, including AI solutions, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agents.
  • Co-create the technological direction and the development roadmap for Collaboration Services.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will also have the opportunity to work with a broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange, Planner, Viva, Loop, Stream, Forms, as well as Digital Signage, SMTP services, Adobe solutions, and Microsoft 365 license management.

You do not need to know all these technologies. Key is experience in the area of Teams and Teams Rooms and a readiness to develop competencies in subsequent services.

Requirements

  • Very good, practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, gained while working in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference systems, or meeting-room solutions.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to collaboration services and audio/video technologies.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the dependencies between its services.
  • Experience in maintaining, optimizing, and developing IT services with end-user needs in mind.
  • Independence, proactivity, and responsibility for conducted activities.
  • Ability to cooperate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
  • An orientation toward continuous service improvement, simplifying processes, and implementing new solutions.
  • Communication skills, openness to sharing knowledge, and a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Additional assets will be:

  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph, and experience in automating administrative processes.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, M365 Agents, and the possibilities of using AI in IT services.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 license management.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services, such as Planner, Viva, Loop, Stream, or Forms.
  • Experience with Digital Signage, SMTP services, system integrations, or Adobe solutions.
