C/C++ Consultant

For our client, a large Scandinavian telecommunications provider, we are regularly looking for consultants to collaborate on projects oriented towards the development of telecommunications functionalities based on C and C++ technologies. About our projects

Our telecommunications projects are oriented towards producing high-performance software in accordance with the needs and expectations of the end customer in various telecommunications areas. The vast majority of our portfolio concerns RAN architecture, mainly 5G NR or, less frequently, 4G LTE.

Services based on C/C++ most often concern software in the lower layers of the network, particularly L1 (PHY) or L2 (MAC, RLC, PDCP), and less frequently L3. Our activities include, for example, the implementation and optimization of radio algorithms, performance analysis, and the development and optimization of functionalities related to data transmission or call handling.

Competence profile

To properly provide services, consultants interested in establishing cooperation should:

• have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in creating development solutions in C/C++,
• have experience working with Linux environments,
• know Python to the extent required for creating tests and automation,
• possess knowledge of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins technologies,
• use English at a communicative level (min. B2).

Having experience in the telecommunications area and/or knowledge of 3GPP standards is preferred but not required.
