In this role, you will ensure worldwide transparency, consistency, and uniform definition of key sales metrics and support management through sound analyses, global reporting, and the classification of market developments for strategic decisions.

YOUR TASKS

• Definition, further development, and ensuring of global sales metrics (e.g., revenue, order intake, order backlog) as well as uniform standards and application worldwide
• Further development and ensuring of a consistent global sales channel structure in reporting in close coordination with sales and international stakeholders
• Analysis of business development of key global sales metrics (actual vs. planning / forecast) as well as coordination of significant deviations with international stakeholders
• Further development of the global reporting setup as well as ensuring a consistent database across all regions
• Support and coordination of the global sales outlook process, including plausibility checks of the data and coordination of content with international stakeholders
• Creation of analyses, reports, and presentations for management decisions as well as for external requirements (e.g., audit)
• Analysis of global market developments (e.g., GDP, truck production and sales trends) as well as classification of the impact on business development

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of BWL, Controlling, Finance, or comparable
• Several years of experience in sales controlling / reporting / finance environments
• Very good understanding of sales metrics and reporting logics
• Proficient use of Excel as well as common reporting systems (e.g., SAP/SAP BPC, PowerBI)
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
• Business fluent English skills
