Marketing Associate

Your tasks

The Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of etomo’s marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, acquire new customers, and support loan application and conversion targets. The role involves coordinating digital marketing campaigns, managing marketing activities, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market and competitor research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has marketing experience within a banking, lending, fintech, or financial services environment and understands how to promote financial products through customer-focused, data-driven, and compliant marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
• Preferably with experience in a bank, lending company, fintech, digital bank, financing institution, microfinance institution, or other financial services organization.
