Waiter / Waitress

At Κνίσα restaurant, we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the service team in the daily operation of the restaurant, contributing to a flawless experience for every customer.
• Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables with politeness and professionalism.
• Excellent knowledge of the menu, guiding the customer with the goal of ideal service based on their specific needs.
• Serving food and drink according to the restaurant's standards, paying attention to detail.
• Taking care of the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, so that the space remains aesthetic and functional.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a head waiter role, in a high-level restaurant or a high-flow hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to cooperate, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Politeness and excellent communication skills in customer contact, aiming for excellent service and experience.
• Previous experience in a similar position is positively valued, though not mandatory.
