About The Role We’re looking for a System Support Executive to support our management system, provide user assistance, conduct system training, and troubleshoot technical issues across various sites.  What You Will Be Doing Handle issues relating to the in-house property management system

Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions

Provide system support to users across various sites

Conduct system training and onboarding for new staff

Provide telephone, email, and face-to-face technical support

Liaise with external support vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Assist with other IT network and support activities as required

Monitor and maintain web applications and security

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Real Estate Business, or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge of MS SQL

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
