What to expect
You are responsible for company-wide support of the SAP module PP
You independently record requirements from the specialist departments and implement them; your contact persons in the specialist departments are the Key-Users
The documentation of software-supported processes and training of the Key-Users are also part of your area of responsibility
You undertake the support and assistance of the specialist department for processes of new manufacturing
In addition, conducting business process analyses as well as the optimization of business processes in cooperation with the specialist department are part of your tasks
You are responsible for the debugging of existing programs
The implementation of adjustments and optimizations of existing programs is also included
You undertake the documentation of business processes and conduct training sessions
Your Profile
What you bring
You have a successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, or completed training in the IT sector, e.g., as Fachinformatiker Fachrichtung Anwendungsentwicklung, with many years of relevant experience
You have several years of experience in SAP Customizing and support, preferably in the SAP module PP, as well as an extensive overall understanding of the SAP world
Your characteristics include teamwork, social competence, ability to grasp concepts, and reliability
Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
