As a Specialist Supplier Quality (m/f/d), you are responsible for the planning and execution of supplier meetings and audits to evaluate the quality-related selection, approval, further development, and support of suppliers You independently conduct negotiations and coordination of overarching quality assurance agreements as well as complex QS specifications with suppliers The support of the supplier portal, including the evaluation and independent release of suppliers, as well as participation in the planning and execution of all necessary measures within the framework of supplier selection, are also part of your tasks You are responsible for the establishment and development of strategic QS specifications and the identification of optimization needs, as well as the development of concepts and solution approaches in the area of supplier development You control, consolidate, and are responsible for product groups or projects from the perspective of supplier development, including internal and external escalation management, including the definition and tracking of the required quality-related measures when relocating assemblies to other suppliers The preparation and execution of supplier risk classification based on QM evaluation criteria in cooperation with the Specialists Supplier Quality (m/f/d) is another part of your activity You undertake the strategic coordination and quality-related cooperation with cooperation partners The assumption of central tasks such as the preparation of key figures and the development of management processes is also part of your tasks You also undertake the internal and external coordination, tracking, and verification of corrective measures, as well as the acceptance of delivered items at suppliers, as well as the release of initial samples as well as manufacturing and testing processes at the supplier The professional training and instruction of employees and suppliers rounds off your activity
You have a successfully completed technical degree or a comparable qualification with many years of relevant professional experience plus relevant additional qualifications or a comparable qualification Completed additional training as a QM-Auditor is required; further relevant additional qualifications are desirable You possess pronounced knowledge of manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g., FMEA, lshikawa, 8D-Methode, Kaizen) Very good knowledge of common MS-Office applications as well as knowledge of the CAQ system Babtec and SAP/R3 are advantageous You also possess good moderation skills and a high willingness to travel Furthermore, you are characterized by your structured, independent, and proactive way of working, as well as pronounced communication, teamwork, and empathy skills Ability to handle conflict and criticism, negotiation and assertiveness, very good methodological and moderation competence, as well as resilience and stress resistance are not foreign concepts to you Business fluent English skills round off your profile
