What to Expect
- Your main tasks include the technical management of multiple national and international projects (from acquisition to customer acceptance) in the field of rocket artillery, while observing deadlines, quality, and costs
- You will take over the definition of technical requirements, the creation of technical documentation as well as status reports, technical reports, performance descriptions, and specifications in German and English
- You are responsible for the preparation, participation, and if necessary, the conduct of contract negotiations and meetings at home and abroad
- You plan internal and external meetings and conduct them
- You take over the coordination of specialist departments and reporting to the program/department manager
- You participate in further development and conception
- You maintain very close and coordinated cooperation with the commercial project staff
- You develop decision templates as a basis for strategic decisions
- You prepare offers in cooperation with the specialist departments
- You take over the development of technical and scheduling specifications for the specialist departments
- Additionally, you take over the clarification and evaluation of technical issues in cooperation with the specialist departments and external companies
- The requirement, creation, evaluation, and assessment of quantity frameworks is also part of your area of responsibility
- You take over the analysis of technical overall systems
What You Bring
- You have a completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- You have already been able to gain several years of experience in project management; certifications are desirable
- You are characterized by a particularly strong technical understanding; a commercial understanding is desirable
- Your way of working is independent, structured, and reliable; furthermore, you are a team player and possess assertiveness
- You bring very good MS-Office skills
- Business-fluent English and a high willingness to travel round off your profile
