What to expect

• As a Project Manager, you will assume technical responsibility for national and international, multiple, and complex projects – from acquisition to acceptance by the customer. You will control deadlines, quality, and costs for the "Turm" subsystem, including all logistical components, while also taking into account possible offset services as well as site-related issues
• Additionally, you bear responsibility for the preparation of offers and contract documents, as well as German- and English-language project reports and technical reports
• The analysis and definition of technical requirements, the creation of technical specifications, performance descriptions, requirements specifications, quantity structures, acceptance criteria on the part of the client, as well as other technical documentation are also part of your area of responsibility
• You will take care of the preparation, participation, and moderation of contract negotiations, meetings, and project presentations – both nationally and internationally
• You ensure the implementation and compliance with technical project goals as well as contractually compliant project execution and are responsible for the strategic further development, control, and monitoring of technical processes
• You clarify and evaluate technical issues in cooperation with specialist departments and necessary external partners
• The preparation of decision templates as a basis for strategic decisions as well as reporting to superior relevant bodies are also part of your tasks
• In doing so, you work closely coordinated with the core project team and provide technical support and guidance to project employees (m/f/d)
• You coordinate and control internal and external interfaces – including UAN – and are responsible for the initial contact with stakeholders (Key Accounts / Front-End)
• The monitoring and evaluation of deviations or changes, as well as their economic impacts for the determination and enforcement of claims (Claim Management), also fall within your area of responsibility
• Furthermore, you ensure the early detection of project risks and the initiation of corresponding measures, as well as ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines (Risk Management)
• Your activity is rounded off by participating in the further development, conception, and analysis of technical overall systems

What you bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification in a technical field
• You have several years of experience in the management or responsibility of technical projects and possess strong technical as well as very good commercial understanding
• Furthermore, you have good SAP knowledge and are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, as well as Jira and Confluence
