What to expect

• You will sustainably develop underperforming suppliers and support them through targeted Quality Support measures to ensure stable processes in the Supply Chain
• You will carry out the selection and evaluation of critical suppliers based on statistical evaluations, analyses, and empirical values
• You will identify systemic causes for quality deviations and analyze existing processes as well as quality management methods at the supplier
• You will advise and support suppliers in the introduction and application of QM methods such as 5Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Kaizen, PDCA, and KVP
• You will accompany the definition of suitable improvement measures as well as their implementation and effectiveness testing together with the suppliers
• You will ensure the continuous further development of the qualitative performance of suppliers
• You will take over the control and responsibility for product groups and/or projects from the perspective of supplier quality, including internal and external QM escalation management

What you bring

• You have a completed technical degree with several years of professional experience or, alternatively, technical training as a Meister/Techniker with many years of professional practice in the customer-supplier environment
• You have completed additional training as a QM Manager as well as other relevant qualifications
• You possess sound knowledge of manufacturing technologies, quality management methods, and QM processes along the Supply Chain
• Confident use of common MS-Office applications is a matter of course for you
• You have very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• A structured, independent, and proactive way of working characterizes you
• You convince through strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills, as well as a confident and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to handle conflict and criticism, as well as negotiation and assertiveness, are among your strengths
• You possess very good method and moderation competencies as well as strong problem-solving skills
• You have a high willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• You possess knowledge of change processes as well as experience in the sustainable further development of suppliers
• Resilience, toughness, and a confident demeanor in demanding situations round off your profile
