What to Expect

• You are responsible for the development, implementation, and updating of HR principles, guidelines, and standards in accordance with the long-term corporate strategy
• Analyze legal, collective bargaining, and organizational developments, derive suitable measures, and create corresponding recommendations for action for the sustainable optimization of the HR landscape
• You will lead complex projects in the HR area as well as take over individual sub-projects to sustainably support the HR Principles department
• You will participate in the negotiation, drafting, and introduction of overarching agreements, works agreements, and standard processes
• Participation in group-wide HR initiatives and change processes to support corporate transformation processes
• Professional advising of managers nationally and internationally on all relevant HR principle topics
• Promoting constructive, partnership-based cooperation with employee representatives and internal interfaces to ensure a cooperative corporate and working culture rounds off your activities

What You Bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in economics, law, or a comparable field
• Furthermore, you bring several years of relevant professional experience in the field of personnel management as well as in the implementation of principle topics, guidelines, and processes
• You have sound and practical knowledge of labor, social security, and collective bargaining law
• Convince us with experience in the leadership, management, and sustainable accompaniment of complex HR projects
• You have strong communication, consulting, and interface competence, persuasiveness, and social sensitivity, combined with diplomatic skill, to act at eye level in various business areas
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working paired with organizational talent, reliability, resilience, and confident time management characterizes you
• You are willing to travel for business
• You also have very good MS-Office skills as well as good SAP skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
