What to Expect
- As a Project Coordinator, you bear technical responsibility for multiple sub-projects and selected projects with a focus on production control for electronic components, while observing deadlines, quality, and costs
- You take care of the definition, planning, and monitoring of the implementation of work orders on a cost center basis and the initiation of adjustments to cost center capacity (operational production control)
- Additionally, you bear responsibility for the analysis of technical requirements as well as the creation of technical specifications, quantity frameworks, and other technical documentation
- The identification of project-relevant risks, active participation in the implementation of improvement processes, and the creation of project presentations are also part of your area of responsibility
- You work very closely and in coordination with other project teams
- You independently take over the coordination and control of internal and external interfaces
- Furthermore, you take responsibility for the implementation and compliance with technical sub-project goals and project implementation
- Reporting to higher-level relevant bodies is also part of your area of responsibility
- You independently handle the clarification and evaluation of technical issues in cooperation with specialist departments and external bodies
- Co-designing and participating in all project planning activities in compliance with company standards and guidelines completes your area of responsibility
What You Bring
- You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification in a technical field
- Military training or experience in the military sector is an advantage
- You bring several years of relevant experience in project management
- Working with SAP, MS Office, as well as Jira and Confluence is no problem for you
- A very good technical understanding, initiative, communication skills, and assertiveness characterize you
- Very good written and spoken English skills as well as a willingness to undertake occasional business trips domestically and abroad complete your profile
