What to Expect

• Your main tasks include the coordination, management, and execution of commercial / business activities
• You will prepare commercial offers as individual offers or as support for large-scale projects, as well as price and cost calculations based on defined framework conditions
• You will independently process orders as support for projects in other KNDS business units
• You bear responsibility for the creation and maintenance of data in the ERP system SAP, starting from the inquiry through to the creation of delivery notes or invoicing
• Your tasks also include participating in or creating internal and cross-departmental project progress reports, as well as cost, schedule, and billing control
• You will identify tax, export, and war weapons law aspects at an early stage and support general administrative activities
• You will independently take over small or partial projects in the course of offer preparation or order processing and support the group leader

What You Bring

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering, commercial training with relevant additional qualifications, or a comparable qualification
• You have very good knowledge of MS-Office as well as experience in SAP; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is desirable
• Good English skills, along with strong communication skills and an authentic and integral personality, round off your profile
• You are characterized by an independent, self-responsible, structured, conscientious, and result-oriented way of working
