What to Expect

• Your main tasks include the commercial processing and selected management of national and international orders
• The independent processing of inquiries and offers, as well as the handling of new production and modification orders, is also part of your main tasks
• Additionally, you will work together with technical project employees (m/f/d)
• You will take over the preparation, participation, and execution of contract negotiations and meetings at home and abroad
• Support and coordination with the departments of Purchasing, Production Control/Scheduling, and Work Preparation is another part of your tasks
• Regular customer care and the acquisition of new orders are also included
• An important individual task is the requirement, creation, and evaluation of quantity frameworks
• You will also take over the early recording of tax, export, and war weapons law aspects
• You will create price calculations and offers with commercial and technical scope based on calculation parameters
• You will lead price and contract negotiations with customers domestically and abroad
• You will independently handle invoicing, warranty processing, and project controlling

What You Bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Law, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management is advantageous
• You have knowledge of export-relevant subject areas (AWG, KWG etc.)
• Your way of working is independent and reliable
• You possess strong teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
• You have good English skills
• A willingness to travel domestically and abroad completes your profile
