What to Expect

• You will assume technical responsibility for national and international sub-projects with a special focus on cross-project manufacturing of identical parts
• You will be independently responsible for the creation of offers, contract documents, project reports, and technical reports in German and English
• You will analyze technical requirements and create specifications, performance descriptions, requirements engineering documents (Lastenhefte), quantity structures, and acceptance criteria
• You will prepare and actively accompany contract negotiations, project meetings, and presentations in national and international environments
• You will work closely with the core project team and coordinate internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors
• You will ensure the implementation and compliance of technical sub-project goals as well as contractually compliant project execution
• You will evaluate and clarify technical and commercial issues in cooperation with project teams, specialist departments, and external partners
• Reporting to relevant internal and external bodies is part of your area of responsibility
• You will actively participate in project planning and ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines

What You Bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• You bring several years of experience in project management as well as a strong technical understanding
• You possess good commercial knowledge and an understanding of economic contexts in the project environment
• You are distinguished by good knowledge of SAP and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as Jira and Confluence
• Very good written and spoken English skills are required
• You have a high willingness to travel domestically and abroad; military training or experience is an advantage
• You convince through a proactive, reliable, and structured way of working as well as high implementation strength
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and high social competence characterize you
• You possess sound methodological knowledge, networked thinking, and strong organizational skills
• Your strengths lie in teamwork, leading and delegating tasks, as well as your persuasiveness
• Resilience, stress resistance, self-confidence, and an authentic appearance round off your profile
