What to Expect

• As Group Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials to production as well as for customer orders
• You take over correct and legally compliant inventory management and coordinate between the intralogistics areas and adjacent specialist departments
• You organize and coordinate all intralogistics topics (e.g., inventory, priority assignments, clarification and coordination with Controlling)
• As Group Leader, you assume technical and disciplinary leadership of the intralogistics area for the assigned sub-departments
• Your tasks include the rational use of subordinate personnel to ensure proper operational processes, as well as the planning, management, and monitoring of daily operations
• You are responsible for compliance with and implementation of relevant legal regulations (Customs, KWKG, Munition, SprengG, etc.)
• Additionally, you take over the conducting of employee appraisals and ensure compliance with occupational, health, and environmental protection
• You take care of the continuous improvement of the organization and processes of systems subject to inspection
• You prepare and undertake the implementation of risk assessments, operating instructions, and briefings, and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness

What You Bring

• You have completed a three-year vocational training and a two-year specialist training and bring many years of specialist professional training or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in SAP (preferably SAP R/3 modules SD, CS, PP, MM, WM, EWM) and are proficient in MS-Office
• You are characterized by an analytical and structured approach, possess very good process understanding, a solution-oriented way of working, entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership responsibility, and assertiveness
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile
