YOUR TASKS

You will take over the operational processing of all relevant purchasing processes and ensure a smooth material supply in day-to-day business. Your area of responsibility specifically includes:

• Operational processing of all relevant purchasing processes to ensure a smooth material supply
• Creation and maintenance of supplier and material master data in MDM and SAP
• Creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, framework orders, and info records
• Requirements planning, processing of purchase requisitions, and deadline tracking
• Checking and recording order confirmations as well as coordination with internal interfaces in case of deviations
• Maintenance of prices, minimum stock levels, minimum order requirements, and other purchasing-relevant data
• Conducting price negotiations with suppliers as well as implementing price adjustments
• Processing of complaints and supplier grievances, including documentation
• Obtaining and managing supplier declarations, certificates, and other relevant documents
• Support in supplier management, e.g., during supplier onboarding and supplier visits
• Carrying out regular evaluations and reports, e.g., on consumption, framework orders, and notifications
• Participation in inventory, year-end closing, audits, and international coordination formats

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed commercial or technical training and ideally already have initial experience in operational purchasing, materials management, or a comparable function. Furthermore, you are characterized by the following qualities and knowledge:

• Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient use of MS Office and digital applications
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Organizational skills as well as a high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Service- and solution-oriented thinking

Legally mandatory notice: The monthly KV minimum salary for the advertised position is approximately € 3,143.87 gross for full-time. The actual salary is above KV and is based on professional qualifications and experience as well as the labor market.
