JOB DESCRIPTION

To support us in our ambitious industrial project, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager, ready to participate in the creation of an innovative process.

Reporting hierarchically to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work in a versatile Supply Chain function within a human-sized team. You will be required to interact with all departments of the company.

Your main missions will be as follows:

Shipment & Transport Management:

• Manage the daily shipment process (order preparation, labeling, palletization).
• Organize and optimize loading schedules and carrier routes.
• Select transport service providers.
• Ensure the handling of disputes (delays, losses...).
• Establish and monitor regulatory documents (delivery notes, waybills, customs documents if necessary).
• Analyze transport costs and propose corrective actions.

Warehouse Management & WMS Mastery

• Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) software on a daily basis to supervise operations.
• Guarantee stock accuracy via WMS functionalities.
• Participate in the improvement of receiving, storage, and order preparation processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to report malfunctions and contribute to system evolutions.

Stock Supervision

• Manage stocks of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
• Ensure consistency between physical and digital stocks.
• Analyze stock discrepancies and propose adjustments.
• Apply the FIFO method to materials in stock.

Raw Material Procurement

• Configure and supervise raw material supply flows.
• Maintain a privileged relationship with internal and external suppliers.
• Alert teams in case of risk of stockouts.

Participation in Inventories

• Master and apply annual inventory processes.
• Organize and perform regular cycle counts.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.

This list is not exhaustive: you may be required to occasionally intervene in all areas of the Supply Chain, working in tandem with your manager.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience and qualifications

• Bac +2 degree in Logistics or Flow Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist Supply Chain function within the industrial sector.

Technical skills

• Mastery of scheduling under SAP (MRP logic).
• Knowledge of WMS is a real asset.
• Knowledge of production logistics flows: nomenclatures, stocks, transactions, cycle times.
• Order tracking and management of shipments and transport.
• Expertise in procurement management and stock control.
• English is mandatory.
