• You bring a sound technical education (TU, FH, or HTL) or comparable professional experience.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a software developer and already have practical experience in team leadership.

• You have a technical understanding of software development, architecture, and Best Practices - and understand the technical decisions of product management and your team.

• You have a high understanding of modern leadership and can communicate goals clearly without crushing them with micromanagement.

• You bring a high level of empathy, can recognize the strengths and development potential of your employees, and promote them in a targeted manner.

• You speak very good English and communicate clearly, transparently, and constructively - even in difficult conversations.

• Integrity, authenticity, and high social intelligence are natural characteristics of your understanding of leadership.

• You have a deep understanding of quality assurance, set standards through role modeling, and create a culture of reliability.

We offer you professional and personal training programs as well as collaboration in a motivated team, where the willingness to take responsibility and the enthusiasm for implementing ideas are welcome. For this position, a minimum salary of EUR 4,299.70 gross per month applies. However, we offer market-conform pay depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
