We are currently looking for 1 Software Developer - Core Bot Solutions (m/w/d) #yourmission

• You are a core member of our Core Bot Solutions team and reliably and with high quality implement the requirements of our product management as well as the specifications of our software architects.

• You design and develop modular, maintainable software components that serve as the basis for our customer-specific project solutions.

• You are responsible for the seamless handover of your developments to the QA team and support them in their validation and test automation.

• You prepare your features for rollout into project development and support them with technical documentation and Best Practices.

• You ensure that our product architecture remains scalable, maintainable, and future-proof, and work closely with the software architects on Design Patterns.

• With creativity and flexibility, you actively contribute to the team dynamics and support the collective team success through open and constructive communication.

• You have a sound technical education (TU, FH, or HTL) - ideally with a focus on computer science or software engineering.

• You have several years of practical experience in object-oriented software development and are familiar with modern Design Patterns as well as Best Practices.

• You have a deep understanding of software architecture, testability, and Clean Code principles.

• You are familiar with agile development processes and can work independently in a multidisciplinary team.

• You speak very good English and communicate technical concepts precisely and understandably - both in writing and orally.

• Creativity, flexibility, and open communication are natural to you - you actively support the team dynamics and contribute to the collective team success.

• Analytical thinking, diligence, and a high awareness of quality characterize you.
