We are currently looking for 1 Senior Software Developer - Core Bot Solutions (m/w/d) #yourmission

• You are an experienced architect and designer of our Core Bot Solutions team and shape the development direction of our core products through your technical leadership.

• You implement the strategic specifications of our software architects, contribute your expert knowledge, and proactively support them in architectural decisions and design patterns.

• You design and develop future-proof, scalable software components and define quality standards for the entire team.

• You are responsible not only for the seamless handover of your developments to the QA team but also ensure consistently highest quality criteria.

• You strategically prepare your features for rollout into project development, document Best Practices, and support the team during implementation.

• You support and accompany junior developers through Code Reviews, knowledge transfer, and during complex technical challenges.

• With creativity and flexibility, you actively contribute to the team dynamics, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and support collective team success through open and constructive communication.

• You have a sound technical education (TU, FH, or HTL) - ideally with a focus on computer science or software engineering.

• You have 6+ years of practical experience in object-oriented software development and are familiar with modern design patterns as well as best practices from theory and practice.

• You have a deep, comprehensive understanding of software architecture, system design, testability, and Clean Code principles - and can communicate them.

• You have experience with agile development processes and can not only work independently but also make and justify technical decisions within the team.

• You have experience with technical mentoring or in accompanying other developers.

• You speak very good English and communicate technical concepts precisely and understandably - both in writing and orally.

• Strategic thinking, technical vision, diligence, and a strong sense of quality characterize you.

• Creativity, flexibility, and open communication are a matter of course for you - you actively support team dynamics and create a culture of mutual learning.
