Online Marketing Manager

• You are responsible for the targeted preparation of our content and act as a contact person between Sales, Product Management, and Marketing. In doing so, you ensure that our messages reach our target groups clearly, understandably, and effectively.
• You coordinate inquiries from our Sales team regarding marketing and content requests and actively support sales-relevant measures.
• You translate complex technical content from Product Management into understandable, target-group-oriented texts for our external presence.
• You design and create reference reports of our customers' installations (text, video, image) and coordinate their implementation with internal and external partners.
• You plan and develop communication measures in close coordination with Product Management, Brand Management, and Sales.
• You develop and orchestrate cross-channel content for all relevant KNAPP channels and hit the perfect Tone of Voice for each channel.
• You work closely with international marketing and sales teams and actively contribute ideas for the further development of our communication.
• You support Product Marketing in the positioning of our portfolio and place it with passion in external communication.

• You have completed training (e.g., HAK, FH, Uni) in the field of marketing, communication, or media, or are about to complete it.
• Initial practical experience (> 2 years) in projects in the field of content, marketing, or communication is an advantage.
• You are interested in technical topics and are motivated to familiarize yourself with complex content.
• You work in a structured manner, are curious, and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.
• You have strong communication skills, are open, and enjoy working with different teams.
• You bring initiative, want to develop yourself, and actively contribute new ideas.
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
