• You are responsible for the electrical installation of our automated conveyor systems, complex picking systems, and special machines

• You lead the electrical team on-site as an Assembly Manager/Supervisor

• You carry out conversion work on systems for our long-standing customers

• You coordinate closely with the Project Manager, the Team Leader, and the Control Technician, and you install our state-of-the-art systems within an intercultural team

• Parallel to your employment, you will undergo a long-term, professional training program and will be prepared for leadership tasks at our international construction sites

• You have completed technical training (Apprenticeship, HTL) in the fields of industrial electricity, electrical installation, electrical plant technology, or a comparable qualification

• You have > 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role

• You are generally familiar with MS-Office, Microsoft DevOps, and SAP

• You have good written and spoken English skills

• You are deployed worldwide for our international projects - your willingness to travel is 100%.

• You are characterized by openness, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of varied and challenging tasks

• You have experience in leading larger teams on construction sites
