• You successfully plan, install, and commission modern server systems as part of international intralogistics software projects

• Throughout the entire life cycle, you support customer systems - from the initial setup and technical documentation in-house to commissioning on-site and subsequent support during ongoing operations

• After an induction phase, you will take on demanding tasks in Third Level Support and actively contribute to solving complex challenges

• In doing so, you will conduct technical clarifications with colleagues and our customers and manage server landscapes efficiently using modern automation tools

• You have completed technical training (e.g., IT apprenticeship, HTL, FH) or already have several years of experience (>3 years) in the administration of Linux systems in an enterprise environment

• You are interested in the construction, configuration, and further development of highly available cluster systems and want to actively use and expand this knowledge

• Good network knowledge as well as solid English skills are, for you, a matter of course for professional work.

• You work reliably, take responsibility, and find joy in mastering technical challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• Ideally, you have gained initial contact or deeper experience in the storage environment.

• Experience with virtualization environments (e.g., KVM, Proxmox, VMware or Hyper V) is an additional bonus and will help you to reliably support our heterogeneous infrastructure.

• With your strong customer and service orientation, you present yourself competently - and appreciate that traveling makes up only a small part of your working time (approx. 5 %).
