- You have completed an HTL in Electrical Engineering
- You possess manual dexterity and have basic knowledge in one of the following areas: mechanics, mechatronics, control engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics is desirable
- You are interested in foreign countries and cultures (willingness to travel in the amount of 50 - 60%)
- You have an independent, responsible, and precise way of working and possess a hands-on mentality (willingness to step in wherever it is currently needed)
- You have good basic English skills and the courage to speak it
