Automation Systems Maintenance Manager

KNAPP Israel is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of automated systems in an innovative robotic distribution center! Leading professional teams, working with interfaces in Israel and abroad, and having a real impact on the ongoing activity of a complex automation system that is among the most advanced in the market.

Your tasks

As part of the role, among other things

• Overall management of preventive maintenance activities and breakdown maintenance on-site to ensure continuous system availability and functionality
• Team management (including recruitment, mentoring, and professional development)
• Ongoing relationship management with the customer and providing responses to operational challenges
• Leading improvement processes, data analysis, and promoting solutions
• Regular reporting to company management

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance management of industrial systems/complex machinery - Mandatory
• Experience in management/working with automation systems - Significant advantage
• Education in the fields of Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics (Technician or Engineer) - Mandatory
• High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
